- I want to set-up my WebAdvisor
account, but the set-up requires an e-mail address. How do I
add my e-mail address to my student record?
Setting up access to WebAdvisor through the "I'm New to WebAdvisor" process requires an e-mail to be on file with your student record. If your e-mail address on file is incorrect or you do not have an e-mail address on file, you may request the e-mail address change on your student record by e-mailing wahelp@alpenacc.edu or contacting Campus Services (989.358.7393). Your Student ID is required when communicating a request to change to your student record.
- I've completed the "I'm
New to WebAdvisor" process. Why haven't I received my Temporary
Password in my e-mail?
It takes approximately 20 seconds for the e-mail to be processed; however, individual e-mail accounts may be configured to process e-mail differently. Some e-mail services may identify the automated e-mail from the college as Spam; therefore, check your Spam folder for the e-mail containing your WebAdvisor Temporary Password. If you don't receive an e-mail with your Temporary Password, verify that you provided the correct e-mail address or e-mail the college for assistance (wahelp@alpenacc.edu). Please provide your Student ID when e-mailing the college for assistance.
- I forgot my password for
WebAdvisor, can I reset my password?
Yes. Select the link "What's My Password?" located on the lower-right corner of the WebAdvisor home page. From the "What's My Password?" page, select "I might remember, Show My Password Hint" or "I don't remember, Reset My Password."
- How do I check
my final grades in WebAdvisor?
Students may login to WebAdvisor and access the Students menu to check final course grades typically issued at the end of a semester. From the Students menu within WebAdvisor, students may select the Grades link located under the Academic Profile heading. From the Grades page, select the academic term to view final course grades.
