communities who needs and seeks our care and strive to improve the state of
end-of-life care. Hospice of Michigan helps patients and their families cope
with the burdens of caring for a terminally ill loved one. Every patient's care
is managed by an interdisciplinary team that includes: physicians, nurses,
social workers, bereavement counselors, home health aides and volunteers.

the intense sadness due to the death of their child, no matter his or her age.
