Testing Proctoring Guidelines for Students (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader)
The Learning Center, located in Van Lare Hall room 101, provides support services to students and staff. Recently, test proctoring has increased significantly. In an effort to facilitate the exchange of relevant information and to insure test security and integrity, The Learning Center would like to provide faculty access to the form currently used for proctoring.
The Alternative Testing Services Proctoring Instructions form has been provided for your convenience on this page. A copy of the Student Guidelines for alternative testing is available at The Learning Center or on the College web site.
The Learning Center is able to provide test proctoring services during regular hours.
The Learning Resource Center, located in the Center Building, is an additional site for testing if a student is unable to test at The Learning Center due to incompatible testing times or an overflow of testing students. Please contact the Learning Resource Center with test proctoring information. The attached form may be used, if appropriate.
Tests are administered by regular college staff. Tests will not be administered if directions or materials are incomplete and student(s) will be referred to the instructor. Completed tests that have been returned via fax machine will be destroyed after ten working days, unless the instructions provide specific directions stating otherwise. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact The Learning Center at 358-7270.
