Financial Aid: Maximum Time
Each Title IV aid recipient will be reviewed annually to determine that a minimum
percentage of work or progress toward the degree or certificate
has been completed. The maximum time frames are:

All aid recipients' transcripts will be reviewed prior to disbursement
of aid in the fall of each year for the time frame provisions cited
above. The maximum time frame provisions of this policy apply to
a student's initial program of study. If a student changes programs,
the maximum time frame would be an additional two years for an Associate
Degree or three semesters for a Certificate program. For the purpose
of extending their maximum time frame, students must request a program
change in writing.
