Facilities

Located on six acres (2.4 hectares) of the Alpena Community College campus, the World Center for Concrete Technology offers 42,360 square feet (3,897 square meters) containing:

  • a computer lab
  • a conference room
  • a mason training lab
  • a production and manufacturing research lab
  • a student instruction lab
  • a testing lab
  • offices
  • three classrooms

Student Housing

Though many students commute to ACC, on-campus housing is available. Townhouses on campus can accommodate students in 16 four-bedroom units. Each student has a private bedroom while sharing a kitchen, a living room, and 2 bathrooms with three other students. Call 989.354.2424 for information on housing and availability.
